A four-week recall plan

Build a small, repeatable routine around the topics you actually enjoy.

Weeks one and two

In week one, play a short round and keep notes on the type of mistake, not a copied list of scored answers. Pick two categories that interest you.

In week two, build small source-backed maps for those categories: a regional map, an award timeline, or a league hierarchy. Spend ten minutes checking a handful of connections rather than filling a huge spreadsheet.

Week three

Return to the same maps without looking at your notes. Use the three-candidate drill and a twenty-second timer. Keep one safe answer while exploring alternatives.

When you cannot retrieve something, look it up and write the missing connection. A useful correction explains why the fact belongs in the category, instead of merely highlighting a name.

Week four

Review the first week’s mistake types. Are you misreading fewer boundaries, typing more accurately, or leaving fewer rounds unanswered? Those are meaningful process observations even when your total score varies.

Keep the routine only if it remains enjoyable. This plan is an editorial exercise, not a measured promise about memory improvement. Adjust the topics and session length to suit your own curiosity.
